Part bakery, part pizza party— 100% delicious. Currently we have pizza, salads, cake cookies and soft serve Friday and Saturday from 3 to 8 pm, Cinnamon rolls and biscuit sandwiches are fresh 8 am-12pm on Sundays.

All pizzas are 14 inches, made with 20% freshly milled flour from Deep Roots Milling in Roseland VA, and fermented for 24 hours using natural leavening and yeast.

 

Swap out our dough for a GF crust made by Gluten Free Bakehouse in Rappahannock, VA. Add $3

Handmade From Scratch in limited batches

From mixing to shaping, and baking, we make all our baked goods in house from scratch with care. No shortcuts, no pre-made mixes, just honest ingredients and time-honored craft. Because we work this way, what we make each day is limited. Sometimes that means we sell out. If you see something you love, come early and grab it while it’s hot! Selling out simply means we’ve poured every ounce of energy into making the best food possible for our community we could and tomorrow, we’ll be back at it again.

A Note on Allergens

Our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. We regularly use wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other common allergens in our food preparation. While we take care to avoid cross-contact when possible, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.

We obsess over all sorts of things.

From our flour's protein content and our high heat ovens, to scouring the lands for just the right tomatoes & cheese. If we're not happy with supply, we figure out how to make it in-house.
